AUTOMATIC MECHANICAL BOTTLE PACKERS

The bottle packing machine is suitable to handle glass, PET and other plastic containers. Suitable for loading bottles with a variety of cases sizes and packaging configurations. Thanks to its simple mechanical construction, utilizing two alternated cams, our Bottle Packers are extremely reliable and easy to operate. This carton box / crate filling machine is available both in single and multi head version. It is suitable for medium/low outputs for oenological, chemical and food products. Its strong and modular frame is composed of big tubulars and stainless steel sides.

BOTTLE INVERTERS

Short time bottle neck sterilization systems are machines used to cover the neck area of the bottles for a certain time to obtain the sterilization of the neck section. The bottle inverter is normally used when bottles are hot filled and the bottle top needs to be sterilized. They are also used for cold filled products when there is a preservative agent that needs to be applied to neck and bottle top.We offer vertical bottle inverters when space on the floor is limited & bottle side twisters when ceiling height is at a premium
